About Vanessa

A native of Southern California, Vanessa Pellegrini knows and loves the Pacific Palisades community and surrounding areas. She works throughout the Westside and the West San Fernando Valley, offering insights into the area's neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyles. She offers highly personalized service, attention to detail, and strong marketing skills while assisting her clients with their transactions. Highly organized, Vanessa understands that sales, especially ones that involve an important decision like buying or selling a home come with a responsibility that reaches far beyond paperwork. Coming from a real estate family herself, she is dedicated to creating long-lasting relationships that are built on trust and honesty.

Vanessa has many community contacts, due to her being co-owner of the popular Palisades restaurant, Vittorio's, which she co-owns with her mother, Mercedes. The family has operated Vittorio's for 33 years, deeply embracing the community and the many families who dine there.

 

Vanessa's background in sales and client service spans 20 years in food/retail, manufacturing, and technology. This includes serving as the International Sales Director for a large U.S. manufacturing company with factories in Shenzhen, China. A graduate of Pepperdine University in Malibu, Vanessa majored in Business and Communications.
