Vanessa is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She excels in her attention to detail, getting things done immediately, her people skills, explaining mountains of paperwork filled with legal and technical wording; and most of all her understanding of what my issues, concerns, and needs were. This review is long overdue! Vanessa recently sold our home in West Hills and her service was top-notch from beginning to end. We were fortunate enough to close escrow in the middle of the covid pandemic, which I believe might not have happened with any other real estate agent. Vanessa has a good pulse on the market, helped us price our home correctly, and held our hands through the closing process. She went above and beyond the scope of what normal agents do.
